Subsidies

Our main service is assistance in the implementation of projects, in which a part of the costs can be financed from the supporting grant funds such as the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (státní zemědělský intervenční fond – SZIF), State Environmental Fund (SEF), Czechinvest and other. The subsidies have a wide range from 20 to 90, exceptionally up to 100% of eligible costs, and therefore there is a lot of room for variations.

We can help not only with arranging subsidies themselves, but also with the tender, technology acquisition, construction work, etc. with regard to sometimes unnecessarily strict requirements of the respective fund.

We can help for one simple reason: We have gone through the process of a project implementation with the use of a subsidy ourselves – successfully and more than once. See implemented projects.

One does this, and another does that

It may be that the successful applicant has an approved subsidy, and for any reason isn’t able to implement his project, or vice versa, clever entrepreneur, whether a farmer, artisan or industrial processor has a successful, functional business or just a good business plan; a subsidy would fit, but again they’re not able to get the subsidy themselves. That’s what we’re here for.

It may also happen that the applicant has passed the entire process of grant procedure, but for health or other reasons, does not want to implement the project anymore. What to do? Somewhere, someone conducts the same business and would like to get the subsidy, but again, for some reason he can’t. And that’s where we once more come into play: Offer us your company with the subsidy, we will find you a buyer.

Technology

There are plentiful technologies for production, processing and other activities from various suppliers, both domestic and foreign. The price/performance is what matters. You yourself know best what you want and need, in that you do not need advice from us, after all, at worst, use Google, it will find you everything, even what you don’t want, but what we can do for you is to give you the experience of our own and of others, which costs you nothing and can save millions.

Financing

Rule nr. 1: No money, no subsidy. You have to either have your own resources, or you need to get a loan, but to get a loan, you must have property or from the point of view of the bank, at least somewhat decent history. If you don’t have any of that, then there’s us.
